  • We must be notified of faulty or unwanted goods  within 14 days for credit or replacement,

  • Earings that have stud or hook piercing cannot be returned for reasons of hygeine.

  • MySilver reserve the right to refund items not in stock.

  • Any damaged item where the customer has attempted their own repair will not be refunded.

  • MySilver sends all items through Royal Mail and cannot be held liable for any delayed action on behalf of any third party company.

  • MySilver do not store or save any payment details

  • All MySilver products are Nickel free and many include Rhodium or 14ct Gold Plate, we will not be held liable to any adverse allergic reaction to these
